Aggravations
r
- The most similar remedy corresponding to the symptoms of the disease will have a gentle healing action on the diseased parts of the body and have no side effects
- Remedies usually produce at least one small new symptom in sensitive people
- The remedy will produce an aggravation similar to the original disease if the dose is too high.
- If an aggravation is shown in the first hours it will indicate that the acute disease will be cured by the first dose.
- The smaller dose produces smaller aggravations in acute diseases.
- Aggravations must not be misunderstood and are the process of cure.
- Chronic disease treated with small homoeopathic doses only have an aggravation towards the end of treatment. (ref Aphorism # 158)
