 Aggravations
  1. The most similar remedy corresponding to the symptoms of the disease will have a gentle healing action on the diseased parts of the body and have no side effects
  2. Remedies usually produce at least one small new symptom in sensitive people
  3. The remedy will produce an aggravation similar to the original disease if the dose is too high.
  4. If an aggravation is shown in the first hours it will indicate that the acute disease will be cured by the first dose.
  5. The smaller dose produces smaller aggravations in acute diseases.
  6. Aggravations must not be misunderstood and are the process of cure.
  7. Chronic disease treated with small homoeopathic doses only have an aggravation towards the end of treatment. (ref Aphorism # 158)
