STEPS TO ENROLMENT

Once you have made contact with the college and/or been sent a hard copy prospectus, the ACCH enrolment coordinator will contact you by email or phone to discuss the course. This is an excellent opportunity for you to clarify aspects of the course that you might need further detail on.

Step One:
When you have decided that you would like to enroll for an ACCH course, you will need to fill out an application form
. Upon completing the application form please mail, fax or email it back to us together with the following information:
o CV
o Relevant study or work experience to Homeopathy or Natural Health
o A brief synopsis of why you would like to study Homeopathy

Enrolment Criteria:
The entry criteria to our course is open, however the student will need to be able to demonstrate a good general standard of education  and/or have good numeric and literary skills in order to successfully complete the course.
International students will also need to provide copy of English language competency via a recognized testing system such as IELTS or TOFEL. Further information is available here.

All ACCH courses are full-time equivalent courses to a NZQA level of 5 and 7, and all students are expected to dedicate approximately 10 plus hours for self study each week.

Step Two:
When the college has received your application form and CV, if we have not already been in contact with you the ACCH Enrolments Coordinator will contact you to make sure that we have answered all your questions about the course. This process also involves discussion of what you wish to get from the course, and how to manage your study expectations.
We will inform you of your acceptance into the course following this step.

Step Three:
After committing to the course payment of the tuition fee is due, and this can be done with own funds, applying for a student loan or through WINZ, please go to the tuition fee page.

If the tuition fee is going to be paid with a student loan, the student is responsible for contacting Studylink to arrange the loan, but feel free to contact us for any help you may need for this. The college will contact the student to acknowledge payment as received as soon as Studylink releases the funds to the college. This may take up to 4 weeks, and the student may contact Studylink with any queries during this time.

For attending students, all documents relating to completing enrolment will be available to be completed and signed on your first day of class.

For distance students, we will send documents needing to be completed and signed to complete the enrolment process.
These documents include;
1. Public Trust forms; all students payments in New Zealand are kept in a trust under the Student Protect scheme.
2. ACCH formal enrollment form for Ministry of Education and NZQA reporting compliance purposes.

Both sets of forms must be completed and returned to the ACCH urgently, before the first unit of work can be sent out to you.
