COMMENCEMENT OF STUDY

Studying an ACCH course includes face-to-face tuition, self-study, research and assessments, blending the advanced teachings of Vithoulkas, Sankaran and Scholten with traditional Homeopathic teaching. Current experience within the education community of professional homeopathy (ECCH European Guidelines for homeopathic education 2000) shows that effective education in homeopathic practice takes a minimum of three to four years of full time study at a diploma or degree level.

We welcome students from all over the world, and are proud of the quality of our graduates. If you wish to enroll in an ACCH course, please go to the Steps to Enrolment.

If you wish for more information please contact us, or download the current ACCH prospectus.

Students are required to be actively involved in supervised case taking and on going case management with a minimum number of ten patients with three follow up consultations for each. The student is the primary case taker in each of these cases.

ACCH differs from other homeopathic courses offered in New Zealand in that more face to face hours are offered to students over the four year period, and in that the content contains new emerging homeopathic methodologies and philosophies. Students develop research and audit skills to be able to discern these new paradigms that are offered, and are assisted into clinical practice with their tutor acting as supervisor, educator and examiner. Practical aspects of setting up and managing a homeopathic clinic are also addressed.

This is a highly practical course heavily weighted towards LIVE videoed cases, and practical experience is just naturally built into the course. The practical aspects of the course include many live video case studies. Clinical experience and practice is an integral part of the course.
